Kelly is the founder of Letter23. Kelly develops and implements research and marketing campaigns for retail, government and industrial accounts. He has 30 years of experience in designing and implementing public relations and communications campaigns for adiverse portfolio of clients including the US Department of Education, University of Utah, Sandy City, The Utah Department of Health, The US Department of Health and Human Services, Jiffy Lube, Merit Medical, the National Republican Senatorial Committee, the Boyer Company, Wal-Mart, and numerous other clients.
Jim Bennett: Public Relations Director
Jim worked the editorial writer for the Deseret News, Utah’s longest-published newspaper and the fastest growing print outlet in the United States. The Deseret News also published his weekly column focused on “values in the media” that received both national and international attention. His articles have been read online over a million times. Jim has degrees in cinematography and business.Prior to joining Letter23, Jim served as a marketing consultant for the Utah League of Credit Unions and communication director for Sandy, Utah. Jim co-founded the Tuacahn High School for the Performing Arts, the first charter school in Utah, and served as its first principal. Jim has more than 20 years-experience in film.
Luke Orton: Video Guru
Luke shoots and edits an average of 100 videos and commercials each year. He is indeed a world class videographer and editor. He frequently works with local governments and large and small businesses to get their message out with dazzling lights, perfect sound and impactful video. Luke has more than 15 years-experience.He doesn’t sleep much but he doesn’t complain much about it either.
Cami Haderlie: Account Management, Media Buyer
Cami joined Letter23 in 2015. She has broad experience in the fields of public relations, lobbying, recruiting, event planning and video production. Cami’s experience includes work with Utah State University Admissions, Institute of Government and Politics at USU and Riverwoods Conference Center. Cami received both her bachelors and masters degree in political science from Utah State University. Cami has produced videos for Live Earth Products, Boys and Girls Clubs, Our America Initiative, AISU and many more. Cami coaches 6th grade girls basketball and 7th grade girls volleyball at The Waterford School in her spare time and enjoys all sports.
Susana Clar: Latino Director
Susana Clar is Letter23’s Latino Marketing Director. With a resume that boasts an extensive background in global marketing, business development and sales, Susana is a valuable asset to the Letter23 team. Susana oversees expansion of campaigns to target Latino audiences, cultural translation, and added value networking with the Latino community in Utah. Susana is a native of Montevideo, Uruguay, and has traveled extensively throughout Central and South America, the Caribbean and Europe. As a result, Susana has a wide range of multicultural client relations experience –requiring comprehension and understanding of various cultural differences and traditions. She believes that the key to success is cultural translation –promoting messages that resonate with specific cultural audiences, rather than verbatim cut-and-paste translations. Susana has over 20-years-experience but believes that a lady should never say how much more.
Myntillae Nash: Creative Genius
Myntillae’s creative genius is on display in videos, posters, flyers, business cards, packages, presentations and advertisements around the world. Myntillae is focused on helping organizations and individuals succeed through great design and branding . She has almost 20 years of experience in graphic design and web development. Myntillae volunteers her creative direction and design for non-profit organizations. Her goal-oriented lifestyle and hard work has allowed her to follow her dreams and passion of traveling the world quite frequently.
Breanna Ely: Social Media Associate
Bre is a recent graduate of LDS Business College where she earned an associates of science degree with a certificate in social media marketing. She used those skills at BYU Pathways and was offered a social media position at Disney World in Florida –and then COVID messed up those plans. Their loss is our gain. We’re excited that Bre is part of our team.
Ronald T. Nielson: Research Director
Ron is the founder of NSON Opinion Research, Letter 23’s sister company and research group. Ron has overseen thousands of corporate strategic communications and public opinion research projects and provided strategic direction into hundreds of successfulpolitical campaigns. He has given advice and overseen services to the nation’s leading associations, corporations, government organizations, political groups and campaigns for more than 25 years. His expertise is specifically known in the areas of strategic public relations, organizational development and management, opinion messaging and public opinion data collection and analysis.
Mike Tullis –Public Relations Expert & Account Management.
Mike served as an adjunct professor of marketing at Utah State University and brings a boatload of experience and insight to Letter23 clients. He is expert at social media, email campaigns and an excellent presenter.
